Emergency contacts are designated for each student. This task is completed by logging into CavNET at http://cavnet.saccds.org and selecting your child on the left side of the navigation bar.
You will land on the student's progress page.
Click "Contact Card".
And scroll to the bottom of the page to the section that says "Emergency Contacts".
Click "Manage Phones"
You may have contacts listed under Inactive, or you may not. If your list is empty, or the contact you want to list is not listed, click "Create a new phone number" (all fields are required).
When you are done entering the contact information, click "Add Entry" button below.
Next, you will need to drag that entry from Inactive to Active in the order that they should be contacted.
If you are done editing your emergency contacts, click "Save".
